My name is Thanya, and I’m an illustrator based in South Florida. I love to work traditionally with gouache and colored pencils in my studio, and I also enjoy drawing on my iPad for creating digital work.

I graduated from Stetson University in 2018 with a B.A. in Studio Art, and I’m currently working on attaining my M.F.A. in Illustration from SCAD.

Professionally, I am employed as an art educator in Martin County, with seven years of experience teaching in a classroom.

In between painting and teaching, I enjoy watching films, listening to podcasts, and hanging out with my dog, Luna.
